01. First Timers

Mobile massage brings professional therapeutic massage directly to you, in the comfort and convenience of your own space - whether that's at home, in an office, or at a chosen event location. Mobile massage offers flexibility by eliminating the need to travel, allowing you to enjoy a customized session tailored to your needs in a familiar and stress-free setting.

02. Therapeutic Bodywork

This session is designed to address tension and discomfort caused by muscular imbalances. A combination of several massage modalities including swedish massage strokes as well as targeted techniques, including deep tissue pressure, and fascial release, will be used based on your individual needs. Depending on your needs this seesion will be treated as Swedish relaxation, sports therapy with stretching, medical / neuromuscular therapy, etc.

  • Within 15 mi: 60 Minute $125 | 90 Minute $150

  • Within 16 - 25: 60 Minute $145 | 90 Minute $170

03. THE LIFETIME EXPERIENCE (Incall)

If mobile service does not work for you, come receive your session at Lifetime Gym in Berkely Heights. However, you will be subjected to the gyms pricing but as an added perk, when you book a massage at the Life Spa you may use the facilities the gym has to offer including, pool, sauna, and fitness equipment!
